Our house rules help keep everyone feeling safe and respected. Please read through them and if you have any questions of comments, please reach out.

We strive to make everyone feel welcome here. This is an inclusive, intergenerational community. 

Reservations are required and available via our calendar. No walk-ins.

We have a strict cancellation policy: no refunds or exchanges. 

No outside food or professional videography/photography.

Please be considerate of our neighbors when arriving and departing. 

No animals, please.

We will ask you to leave if you disregard any of the above or are disrespectful to anyone at Third Space.
